Beyond its good looks, it has almost all the same features as the Inspire 3, including a colored touchscreen, a SpO2 sensor for blood oxygen monitoring, and a stress management score. It doesn’t have high and low heart rate notifications but can alert you if there are potential signs of AFib while you’re still or sleeping.
The Fitbit Luxe offers a five-day battery life. It connects to your phone so that you can receive call and text notifications. The Charge 6 uses an EDA app for stress management, which can guide you through breathing exercises. You’ll also have access to an ECG app and Fitbit Pay, and the high and low heart rate notifications are also back.
